This terrestrial orchid grows in swampy areas around Brisbane. It is
often found in large numbers after the first plant is located.
The flower stem grows to 50cm tall wrapped in the single leaf to
40cm long. The flower stem carries up to 80 tiny flowers dwarfed by the
large ovaries. |
